I was invited as a guest blogger over at the
Black Gate fantasy fiction magazine website. I
posted a brief history and background for how and why I created Labyrinth Lord. It is geared toward a new audience not familiar with these sorts of games, but some people might be interested in some of the background I write about.

Dan, great post! I commented there, but just wanted to echo my sentiments here: I'm starting a LL game at a FLGS here in Southern New Jersey in a couple weeks. As a card-carrying member of the LL Society I'm gearing up to help spread the good word of old school gaming! thanks again for a great game!
Hi Dan,
That was an interesting article, I think you made the right move by getting your product in to FLGS's early on. That's where I picked up my copy. The one thing I hope you expand on in another post is some further reminiscences of the "behind the curtain" aspects of getting the game published. How long to write, how you got into the distribution channels, etc. The business side of this hobby always fascinates me.
Any great post and I love realms of crawling chaos.
Thanks for the comments, guys!
@Drance: Thanks you, I hope you enjoy the game!
@Zach: That's a good idea, maybe I'll write up some posts about that and post them here and possible at Black Gate.
@Dan: not a problem, and I know we will have a great time. If you get a chance, please feel free to stop by my blog, http://unto-the-breach.blogspot.com/, where I'm posting about my campaign.
